Chris’ passion and vision was the creation of a better future for people, communities and the environment and this was reflected in his work, in our projects and most importantly this vision is a centrepiece of the soul that exists within CJ Arms. He inspires us all to make a difference - we just have to believe that we can.

We often said that Chris was from the future and he had a unique way of using this imagination to create a vision that we could all aspire to. This approach is engrained in all that were fortunate to be close to him and his enduring wish is for this business to grow, be better, do more and to follow our passion and our vision.
This is our future and the culture in our company is built around these elements.

Chris was never about the past, always what is next, what is the future, and the fact that opportunity is always in front of us. Some will remember Chris for what he has done for them but we will remember Chris for the opportunity he has created for us and that we will always carry his vision and passion with us.
